Originally from Hungary, I’ve lived in London for the past few years, completing my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Pharmacology at University College London. During my studies, I took interest in neuropharmacology and specifically in the role of AMPARs and their auxiliary subunits in cognition and disease. This interest drove me to write my undergraduate and master’s dissertations on auxiliary subunit-selective antagonism of AMPARs and I’m extremely excited continue exploring this area and to join the Syn2Psy programme with my ESR1 project.
